Sprint introduces its first LTE phone – HTC EVO 4G LTE

The phone will be available for pre-order May 7th. It features a 4.7 inch HD 720p Super LCD display, a 1.5GHz dual core processor, an 8MP camera and a 1.3MP front-facing camera. It will be running Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and rocking Beats Audio. It also features the kickstand that is common on many HTC phones.  The final two features are the big ones for this phone. It supports HD Voice when calling between two HD Voice capable phones once Sprint upgrades their network to support it. Also relying on the Sprint Network Vision upgrades is the phone’s 4G LTE access. As Sprint rolls out its network upgrades, this and future phones will get better and better.
